Exchange / Return Policy

The wear experience and final color outcome of colored lenses can vary due to a number of factors. Including but not limited to your original eye color, pupil size, iris size, eye health, and eye curvature. By making an order, you accept Orchid Lens' exchange and return policy as outlined below.

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can return or exchange your unused and unopened product/s within 14 days upon receipt. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us at hello@orchidlens.com. Due to health and safety reasons, please note that we do not accept return or exchange for opened and used contact lenses, and/or contact lenses received after 14 days.

We will provide you with a refund once we receive your returned order. Credit will be the total product amount excluding postage fee. If your original order enjoyed free shipping, an $8 USD fee will be deducted from the total amount to cover the initial shipping cost.

We recommend you use a tracked shipping method for return/exchange. All fees and risks related to returning the item/s are shouldered by the customer.

I received a wrong item. What do I do?

While packing your order, we always ensure that the correct items are packed. If you have received a wrong item, please reach out to us at hello@orchidlens.com and we will assist you. 

How do I check if my lenses are good/not defective?

1. Check your lenses from the bottom of the blister or bottle. Inspect the lens, it should be a regular round shape with no defects and obvious missing patches of color pigments.
2. Check the label on your contact lens blister to ensure the style name and prescriptions are correct.

    Here are the things we don’t consider as defects:
    1. Opened, used, or unsealed contact lens.
    2. Not liking the color, effect, or wear experience of the contact lens.
    3. Contact lens rips, tears, changes shape, or dries out in lens container.
    4. Cloudy vision: Some people may experience slightly blurry vision when wearing colored lenses. This happens when the lens moves around the eye and results in the wearer seeing through color pigments. It can also happen if the wearer’s pupil size is larger than the lens center clear section. Most people get accustomed to this after a while. If this bothers you, choose styles with less opaque color, styles with bigger pupil hole design, or opt for clear contact lens or glasses.
    5. Wearer purchases products that do not match the specifications of his/her prescription. In such cases, please do not open the contact lenses and refer to our Exchange Policy.

      Our products go through a rigid and thorough inspection during production and before dispatch so defects are extremely rare. If you think you have received lenses that are defective, please reach out to us at hello@orchidlens.com and include the following information:

      1. Your order number
      2. Style name/product name
      3. Photo or video of the sealed and unopened product showing one of the defect characteristics mentioned above.

      Orders that qualify for returns will be provided with the following options:

      1. Replacement shipment via the original shipping method.
      2. Refund to the original payment method.
